Next up was the Mad Tea Party. You know the ride where the tea cups spin around until your're sick? That's the one. It turned out to be one of the girls' new favorite rides. Olivia was particularly thrilled as she wasn't quite tall enough to see the horizon spinning around.
Off we went to stand in line for a roller coaster. This one was at Goofy's Wiseacre Farm and appropriately called The Barnstorme. It consisted again of a half-hour wait in line followed by perhaps twenty-five seconds of "roller coasting."
The highlight here is where you get to fly through the wall of a barn. In the barn there were little mechanical chickens clucking away but you would never know that if it weren't for the wait in line. Whipping past them in Goofy's propeller plane wouldn't be considered by anyone to be the "scenic route." Still, the girls came off of there stunned and asking to go again.
At this point we were fully ready to get inside somewhere and get warmed up. Since Olivia had been begging for cotton candy for some time now we headed to the big store not far from Goofy's roller coaster. Since the lineups were really not bad at all compared to last year, we decided we could wait in line for the princesses before doing a little shopping.
True to form, Olivia once again fell asleep in the lineup for the princesses. She's been here twice and still hasn't seen them. Well, I guess even Disney knew it was a slow day because only Aurora and Belle were present for pictures. Cinderella was a no show. Still, these princesses know how to make a little girl feel special and Alexandria got plenty of comments about her "ears."
